Abstract	Summary Six species of the terrestrial isopod crustaceans were colleced at the garden of the Tokiwamatsu Imperial Villa in 2003. The most dominant species were _Haplophthamus danicus _Budde-Lund, 1885 and _Mongoloniscus katakurai _(Nunomura, 1978). These species are considered to indicate a relatively well presearved nature in the city area of Tokyo.
