Isopod Primers

The primer sequences used in my isopod dissertation research are below. Scott France kindly made the 16S primers available; the 12S primers are based on Daphnia (Lehman et al. 1995/Hanner & Fugate 1997), and the COI primers are the Folmer et al. 1994 primers.
